2 internautes sur 2 ont trouvé ce commentaire utile.Très bonne introduction et conseils pratiquesPar PSPPour tous ceux qui souhaitent commencer le régime LCHF / Keto (cétogéne) ou avoir plus d'information pratique pour en faire un mode de vie.La première moité du livre est dédié aux explications et conseils et la deuxième à des savoureuses recettes.Live en anglais bien accessible - même les explications sont très facile à comprendre et orientées pratique. Leanne fait également un focus sur les femmes et leurs besoins en particulier.Je recommande vivement pour tous ce qui souhaitent implémenter ce style de vie.Juste un petit b-mol pour ceux qui cherchent un livre de keto strict pour gérer par exemple une maladie: les recettes ne sont pas tous dans un ratio "cétogène" et nécessitent certainement des ajustements.
